At Rainier Parts, every item we sell is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in good condition and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps. 1. Go to your orders page. 2. Click the order you want to return. 3. In the select return items section, enter the quantity of items that you want to return, and then select a return reason. Or contact our customer service team at ecommerce@rainierparts.com or 971-801-6271 M-F 7:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. PST with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ecommerce@rainierparts.com or 971-801-6271 M-F 7:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. PST. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ecommerce@rainierparts.com or 971-801-6271 M-F 7:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. PST.
